Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in solar plant operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and energy output using SCADA and other systems.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for solar PV systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards during all O&M activities.
• Implement strategies to enhance plant efficiency.
• Prepare monthly energy billing and annual performance reports.
• Liaise with service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
