The Executive, Claims (Accident and Medical Reimbursement) is actively involved in daily operational production to meet KPIs. The role requires achieving daily productivity targets, delivering service turnaround times, attending to pending claims promptly, participating in training, and improving assessment quality for service excellence.

1. Perform claims assessment and approval within authority limits for the entire team. Ensure all claims are assessed according to SOP within the designated TAT. Responsible for team efficiency and effectiveness in meeting TAT and productivity targets.
2. Work independently to meet KPIs within agreed timelines. Execute daily tasks, clear pending claims, and prioritize urgent matters to ensure team performance within or exceeding SLA targets.
3. Attend product and technical training sessions and collaborate with the team to enhance technical knowledge and job skills.
4. Comply with all regulatory (internal and external) and corporate requirements.
5. Perform any other tasks assigned by HR, management, or as part of departmental activities or directives.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in any field; preferred fields include Biomedical, Biotechnology, Bioscience, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in life underwriting, life insurance, Takaful, claims operations, or management.
• Passing professional examinations such as ACII, AMII, AAII, or FLMI in life insurance is advantageous.
