1. Support Manufacturing:
   • Investigate manufacturing issues related to Assembly and Test processes and identify and implement solutions.
   • Disposition SPC fails, RMAs, and other products using provided tools.
   • Rebin parts when necessary.
   • Identify and handle product deviations.
   • Research deviations to determine cause and ensure containment.
   • Isolate shipped products and contain affected products as needed.
   • Provide supporting data highlighting issues.
   • Coordinate with responsible groups to resolve issues.
   • Participate in process changes.
   • Follow procedures and guidelines for EDT process and tasks.
   • Utilize department-specific scripts, commands, and software programs as needed.
2. Support Engineering:
   • Assist engineers in developing processes to resolve process variance, equipment, or device performance problems, ensuring product quality and process efficiency.
   • Initiate qualifications for engineering and monitor progress.
   • Identify problems during qualifications and communicate with the qual owner.
   • Document process engineering or test engineering projects.
3. Communicate Information:
   • Communicate with suppliers, peers, and customers to relay technical information accurately.
   • Respond promptly to emails and review EDM inbox items.
   • Use proper grammar, terminology, and technical language suited to the audience.
   • Work towards positive outcomes and understand customer expectations.
   • Report problems and concerns following escalation procedures.
   • Seek and incorporate feedback, set goals, and prioritize tasks.
   • Assist in reviewing and developing process documentation.
4. Mentoring:
   • Share knowledge actively to increase awareness and skills within the department or industry groups.
   • Develop cross-area courses and mentor others using documented guidelines.
   • Create mentoring relationships for motivation, coaching, and skills development.
   • Assist with training other EDT personnel.
5. EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, Security):
   • Adhere to all EHSS policies and procedures, including Micron Covid-19 SOPs.
   • Report unsafe conditions or behaviors.
   • Participate in audits and cooperate fully.

• Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C, UNIX, or other relevant software tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with data analysis and engineering principles.
