Job Summary

In this role, you will play a critical part in acquiring new merchants and helping them unlock growth through technology. You’ll work directly with business owners, understand their pain points, and position EPOS as the trusted partner to digitalize their operations— from Retail to F&B and beyond.

This is what your job scope will be...
Acquiring Merchants
  • Pro active cold calling and / or Engage inbound leads to identifying potential merchants to onboard with EPOS.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential Merchants.
  • Negotiate and communicate contract terms with key Merchants to seal agreements.
Account Management
  • Engage key merchants and provide the best solutions to address their business needs and maximize their sales potential.
Stakeholders
  • Build relationships & engage key merchants on a daily basis.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, operations, customer success & service.

  • You have previous work experience (Ideally 2 years), sales pitching to customer on products, solution or services
  • Fresh graduates with strong drive and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
  • You have good understanding & connections in F&B or / and Retail industries

  • You are a fantastic communicator and have strong ability to influence
