Must have knowledge and acumen in property development aspects from inception, feasibility, scheduling, authority approvals, permits and certifications, costing, tendering, construction, final accounts, and completion.
Must be well-versed in communication and coordination with all appointed property development consultants to ensure timely delivery of layout design, schematic design, building plan design, and authorities' approvals.
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions and liaison with relevant authorities’ technical departments to fulfill development requirements.
Need to be a team player, working collaboratively with external professional consultants and internal teams including project management, sales and marketing, sales administration, finance, cost and contract, property management, and construction.
Must be capable of monitoring project progress to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Should be proactive, creative, and progressive in anticipating and resolving problems encountered during planning and implementation phases.
Must be knowledgeable in reading, understanding, and interpreting planning layouts, architectural, civil, structural, and M&E plans produced by professional technical consultants.
Ability to conduct and draw down Master Implementation Work-Program, Milestone Scheduling, and basic project feasibility analyses; proficiency in Microsoft Project Management or Primavera, along with Microsoft Office, is an advantage.
Must handle project administrative tasks such as preparing Project Briefs, Progress Reports, Budget Requests, Purchase Orders, Progress Billings and Collections, memos, and letters.
