Qualifications

Responsibilities

Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for development projects.

Tender Process: Prepare tender documents, including Bills of Quantities, conduct evaluation analyses, and provide award recommendations.

Contract Administration: Manage contracts from preparation of interim payments and variation orders to project account closure.

Project Financial Control: Track project expenditures and cash flow to ensure they align with the approved budget.

Oversee all aspects of cost and contract management for projects, including evaluating claims and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to standards and procedures.
