• Promote ServiceNow internally to sales and delivery teams to drive growth.
• Be the go‑to person for ServiceNow Architecture. You should have a deep understanding of services offered on ServiceNow platforms and understand how to use them together to build complex solutions.
• Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of ServiceNow and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
• Capture and share best‑practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be ServiceNow advocates.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
• Exceptional problem‑solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
• Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment
• Willingness to work outside of office base as project needs require
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre‑requisite to fit to our short‑term and long‑term project assignment.
