Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate event for retail area;
• Closely follow-up with retail tenants to ensure up-to-date feedbacks are taken in to improve subsequent event management;
• Responsible in planning, implementing and execution retail experience initiatives to enhance customer engagement and align with corporate objectives;
• Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions for experiential marketing to ensure concepts are visually appealing and align with corporate objectives;
• Contribute fresh, creative ideas for experiential campaigns and activations;
• Manage vendors, logistics, and timelines execution of events;
• Oversee event set-up, tear down by external contractors;
• Effective end-to-end event management;
• Supervise event staff to ensure smooth execution of events, problem-solving on site when need arises;
• Be responsible to seek approval (including submission of proposal) to management for budgeting purposes and facilitate application to obtain approval from JMB for events taking place on common area;
• Monitor budgets, deadlines, and deliverables meticulously to avoid errors and delays;
• Prompt and active updates/follow-ups to ensure the management is up to date on any changes of the events;
