You will play a key role in shaping the future of home financing. You’ll have the opportunity to develop innovative mortgage products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and contribute to the growth of our mortgage business.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new mortgage products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop new mortgage products
• Work with risk management teams to ensure new products meet regulatory requirements
• Develop business cases and product proposals for new mortgage products
• Launch and promote new mortgage products to internal stakeholders and customers

• A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• A customer‑centric approach, focused on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs
