The PeopleTech team owns and manages our custom internal performance management and culture tools. We work collaboratively across different functions between Singapore and Malaysia to ensure our service meets the highest standards to drive impact that will shape how Grab grows as a company. You'll be part of a working group that values quality and strives for continuous improvement through collaboration and new ideas. Our communication is in English, both in spoken and written form.
Get to Know the Role
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will conduct manual quality assurance checks and write automated test scripts to ensure software quality. You'll also troubleshoot issues in software and implement automated testing strategies and tools. You will own, track and drive quality processes (e.g., postmortems, on-call) for the team. You'll collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to help achieve the team's goals.
You will be working onsite at our Malaysia office in KL.
