Interpret industry standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) and guide customized control strategies for production lines.
Collaborate with quality and R&D departments for customer audits and technical disclosures.
Employ analytical tools and technologies, including motor analysis equipment and simulation software, for high-precision testing and predictive analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Automation, or related fields. Familiar with permanent magnet synchronous motors and industry standards (IEC 60034).
Over 3 years of technical analysis experience in automotive seat motors, with knowledge of motor performance parameters and production process control.
Proficient in Six Sigma methodologies and data analysis techniques.
Skilled in analysis software like LabVIEW and MATLAB; Python scripting is a plus.
Bilingual in Chinese and English with strong communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
Note: Preference for candidates with automotive motor development experience and knowledge of supply chain quality standards in Southeast Asia.
