We are seeking a skilled and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Yunyi Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Butterworth, Penang. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient management and control of our warehouse inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.
- Responsible for the daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, packing and scheduling deliveries.
- To monitor loading and unloading of stocks (receiving and for delivery).
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing containers.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of store and inventory management of the organization including housekeeping.
- To record and update the stock card.
- Storing and organising inventory in the warehouse to optimise space and accessibility.
- Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with inventory.
- Assisting with the implementation of inventory control systems and processes.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with inventory management best practices.
- Forklift driving skills with driving certificate.
- Can speak, read and write in Chinese to help manage the warehouse more efficiently.
