Job description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Yunyi Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Butterworth, Penang. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient management and control of our warehouse inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, packing and scheduling deliveries.
• To monitor loading and unloading of stocks (receiving and for delivery).
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing containers.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of store and inventory management of the organization including housekeeping.
• To record and update the stock card.
• Storing and organising inventory in the warehouse to optimise space and accessibility.
• Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with inventory.
• Assisting with the implementation of inventory control systems and processes.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, safely and efficiently.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with inventory management best practices.
• Forklift driving skills with driving certificate.
• Can speak, read and write in Chinese to help manage the warehouse more efficiently.
