More than just supporting the factory, you will lead, troubleshoot, and optimize our contract manufacturing partners to ensure we deliver world-class products on time, every time.

This is a hands‑on role for a natural problem‑solver who thrives on the factory floor and enjoys making a tangible impact.

NPI Leadership and Execution

Process Excellence & Optimization

  • Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks, driving cycle time reduction projects to improve factory efficiency and output.
Technical Problem Solving & Supplier Management
  • Serve as the lead technical authority for troubleshooting complex product failures on the line when factory engineers require escalation support.
  • Manage and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Bill of Material (BOM) updates, and firmware/test changes with precision and clear communication to the factory.
  • Partner with the quality team and suppliers to diagnose and resolve component quality issues at the root cause.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the primary manufacturing interface with our Contract Manufacturers (CMs), driving them to meet operational goals for quality, delivery, and cost.
