Company Description

Senmy Sdn Bhd works closely with influencers across Malaysia to expand our beauty & skincare brand influence. We are looking for a candidate with experience in influencer collaboration or e-commerce content.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and expanding influencer/KOL networks in Malaysia.
  • Identify suitable KOLs (short video or live commerce) that match brand positioning.
  • Follow up full KOL collaboration flow: sampling, script communication, scheduling & content delivery.
  • Maintain and categorize influencer databases; enhance long-term collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Track & analyze influencer performance and provide improvement suggestions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 1 year of experience in KOL/influencer collaboration, live streaming, or e-commerce field.
  • Familiar with TikTok / Shopee social commerce environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with high responsibility.
  • Passionate about content, trends, and influencer marketing.
  • Beauty experience is a plus, but not required.
