Job summary
A lifestyle outdoor store located in Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, seeks a retail associate to provide excellent customer service and maintain store standards. The role includes greeting customers, ringing up sales, and assisting with product knowledge. Candidates should have at least one year of retail experience, a passion for outdoor activities, and the ability to work well with others. This position demands a friendly and detail-oriented individual committed to enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Deep understanding of retail floor operations.
- Passion for retailing, branding, fashion, and outdoor activities.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon entry.
- Build rapport through conversation.
- Ring up sales and arrange delivery or pick-up.
- Invite customers to join loyalty programs.
- Maintain a high standard of service in store.
- Help keep the back stock room organized.
