Responsibilities
- Assist Executives with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage documentation and invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive experiences.

Education
- Assist Executives in daily administrative tasks related to Body & Paint Business
- Prepare and manage documentation, invoices, reports and filing activities
- Accurately key in data into relevant systems
- Provide excellent customer service support to ensure a positive customer experience
- Handle and respond to telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage payment collection and invoicing processes in compliance with company procedures
- Compile operational data and prepare summary reports for submission to HQ
- Handle general administrative matters and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Diploma in Marketing/Business Admin/Mass Communication or other related field
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Tactful, organized and able to multitask
- Self motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentialityProactive and assertive
- Able to work overtime or during weekend (if required)
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written)
