Responsibilities
  • Order Taking: Greet customers warmly, provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and accurately record food and drink orders.
  • Communication: Relay customer orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff using the appropriate systems or verbal communication.
  • Customer Service: Provide menu recommendations, handle special dietary requests, and ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Double-check orders before serving to ensure accuracy, presentation, and completeness.
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow crew members, and servers to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage delivery.
  • Compliance & Hygiene: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations and internal guidelines.
