We are seeking a skilled and proactive Admin to join our dynamic team at DWG Interiors Sdn. Bhd. in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time role is an integral part of our office operations, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our business.

What you’ll be doing

Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document management, and general office organisation.

Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Performing various clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and maintaining electronic and physical records.

Supporting the team with ad‑hoc projects and other duties as required.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the interior design or related industry.

Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
