Job description

Sales Executive (New/Used Car) - Mercedes Benz

• Responsible for achieving the set sales targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Actively participate in all marketing and promotional events organized by the Company and Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM).
• To ensure excellent customer service by providing knowledgeable, courteous, responsible and efficient service reflecting of the Company’s image.
• Achieving CSI targets for individual and branch, every half-yearly as set by MBM
• To provide cooperation to team to ensure showroom conditions are in-compliance with MBM dealer standards
• To ensure participation for designated preferred partner for Hire-Purchase Financiers, Insurance and Accessories business partners in accordance with Company’s direction
• To ensure participation in trainings organized by Company and MBM, including passing the C-Sales Certification for MB Sales Executives
• To adhere to the rules and regulations set by the branches, including punctuality, showroom duties, sales process for registration, etc
