To handle sales administration tasks, including SPA and loan documentation signing, billing, collection, and familiarity with strata title.

To liaise with purchasers, lawyers, bankers, and other related parties.

Responsible for generating progress billing, invoices, and reminders to ensure all collections are collected promptly.

Assist in sales and marketing activities.

Attend any form of sales inquiries, launches, and events.

Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events.

Provide excellent sales and customer service to existing customers and prospects.

Attend to customer complaints, investigate problems, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management.

Guide purchasers on end-financing requirements.

Prepare weekly and monthly billing and collection reports and forecast collections.

Assist supervisors with related working documents and general administrative work.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or company.

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Minimum SPM or equivalent.

At least one (1) year of experience in a related field.

Knowledge of Strata Management Act is an advantage.

Able to speak Malay, English; Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Sales administration experience in property development is an advantage.

Computer literate with knowledge of Property Developer System software, Wiz Developer is an advantage.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, dynamic, and a good team player.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
