• Handling the full set of export shipping documentation and preparing necessary documents for bank negotiation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.

• Ensuring all shipping document releases comply with policies and procedures.

• Ensuring full Letter of Credit (L/C) compliance.

• Liaising and following up internally with forwarders and carriers worldwide for shipment and delivery status.

• Managing day-to-day shipping transactions for the Trading Companies.

• Recommending and developing solutions for continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring successful implementation across the team and business groups.

• Supporting ad hoc duties as required by the department or Shipping Team Lead/Manager.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
