- Convening and consulting with MYVN colleagues, and where relevant, Asia Pacific and global stakeholders from across the business.

- Identifying and managing risks and issues with large programmes of work appropriately.

- Understanding in budgeting and allocating resources appropriately to support proposal costing estimations.

- Supporting project planning and coordinating timelines and milestones with a broad ecosystem of stakeholders.
Skills, experience and qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree / Masters with some relevant ESG certifications.
- Relevant internship experience in ESG, sustainability, and/or corporate social responsibility roles.
- Strong advisory skillset and mindset with a focus on delivering nature and social projects, along with some experience in reporting.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from Consulting, Deals, and Tax to strengthen cross-Line of Service (xLoS) teamwork in sustainability initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and any other local Malaysian languages preferred.
- Strong capability to work collaboratively across various business units and geographical locations, as well as interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
