A leading financial services company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive to manage secretarial duties and support the Board and Senior Management. Key responsibilities include writing board meeting minutes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and liaising with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles and hold an ICSA qualification. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing day to day secretarial duties, writing minutes of board / board committee meetings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, preparing board & board committee meeting materials, maintaining statutory records and providing support to the Board & Senior Management.
