The Manager Corporate Transformation - App & Visualisation Developer supports the digital agenda at the group corporate level by driving app development, automation, and visualisation initiatives. It involves leveraging alternative tools and innovative technologies to deliver impactful solutions that enhance business processes and contribute directly to enterprise transformation goals.

Make an Impact by:

• Scope, develop and deploy Power Platform solutions
• App Development:
• Design, build, implement and support application platforms using Microsoft Power Apps to consolidate users’ processes and improve workflows with functional UI/UX design in mind.
• Automation Development:
• Design, build, implement and support automation workflows using Power Automate to complement app development by executing streamlined process flows.
• Visualisation:
• Design, build, implement and support reporting and visualisations on dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Solution Design:
• Work with process improvement specialists and business users to identify opportunities for App development, ensuring scalability and longevity.
• Solution Optimization:
• Continuously improve solutions by identifying areas for optimization, improving performance, and ensuring error handling and logging mechanisms are in place.
• Testing and Validation:
• Perform rigorous testing and validation of solutions, including app functions, automated processes & scheduled reports to ensure they operate correctly and meet defined business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing solutions.
• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for app environments, variables, workflows, automation processes, and system configurations. Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and other team members.
• Monitoring and Maintenance:
• Monitor the performance of solutions and ensure they remain functional and efficient. Provide support for troubleshooting and addressing operational issues.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Automation, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience 2–3 years of hands-on experience in application development, process automation, and data visualization across business functions.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power BI (or Tableau), and Power Automate.
• Proficient in UiPath for robotic process automation, with working knowledge of Python, VBA, and core programming principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and integration connectors to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, version control, and UI/UX design principles for intuitive user experiences.
• Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts, AI-driven tools, and their practical applications in business automation and analytics.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret, analyze, and visualize complex datasets to drive insights and decision-making.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Professional certifications in Power Platform, UiPath, Tableau, or other relevant technologies are highly desirable.
• A proactive, innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and staying ahead of emerging tech trends.
