Configura works with parametric configuration. We develop rules-based software to draw spaces in 2D and 3D for leading companies within the commercial furniture, kitchen and material handling industries. You will be working in a team that focuses on the development, continuous improvements and maintenance of existing and new web/cloud applications. You'll have the chance to contribute to front-end development and backend implementation for products spanning data analytics, online collaboration platforms, product configuration, and more. An important part of the products is integration with our market-leading Space Design Software (Windows based).

· Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications with a strong focus on usability, performance, and reliability.

· Collaborate in an agile team with developers, product owners, product managers, QAs, and UX designers to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Ensure seamless cross-product integration by working closely with other teams.

· Build client-facing applications such as administration and access control modules, analytics dashboards, and more.

· Develop internal cloud-based tools to support our teams.

· Write, maintain, and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.

· Manage and maintain our CI/CD pipeline for smooth releases.

· Research, analyze, and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.

· Empower and guide the teams to make informed decisions while ensuring alignment with our overall architectural vision.

· Initiate prototyping efforts and innovation initiatives to explore new solutions.

· Provide technical leadership and expertise to teams to design system that is scalable, high performance and cost effective.

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science or equivalent, with extensive relevant work experience.

• Experienced in developing on a modular, service-oriented architecture.

• Has good software development experience based on an extensive variety of problems faced in different situations.

• Technical stack:

  • Data infrastructure tools and frameworks covering storage, querying/processing, transformation and output.

  • AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Kinesis, Athena and DBT

  • DevOps in Cloud environments, preferably AWS

  • Databases, both NoSQL and Relational Databases

  • JavaScript Libraries/ Frameworks, such as React and Nextjs

  • Typed programming languages, preferably Typescript or Rust

· Good writing and verbal English communication skills
