Job summary
A customer service firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support Lvl 1 representative who is bilingual in English and Japanese. Role: Customer Service Support Lvl 1 (Bilingual, Eng + Jpn)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Japanese.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve processes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or support roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Nationality: Japanese or Japanese with foreign nationality (former Japanese)
- Language skills: Japanese native, English conversation to business
