About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team at The Exchange! In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the marketing team, supporting the execution of impactful campaigns and initiatives that drive traffic, sales, and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, events, and communication initiatives to boost brand presence and increase footfall.
  • Work closely with agencies, tenants, vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth delivery of advertising and promotional activities.
  • Liaise with Facilities Management team to support with marketing and event related activities.
  • Coordinate with external partners—including contractors, suppliers, and agencies—ensuring compliance with timelines and standards.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to tenants and vendors on marketing and promotional matters.
About You
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in retail, malls, or agencies, with confidence in managing budgets and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Digital and social media savvy, with a good understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and resourceful approach with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Passionate about contributing and growing within the dynamic world of mall marketing.
