💼 Position: Full time and Part-time
⏱️ Working hours: Retail shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
💰 Basic Salary: RM 3,500 – RM5,000 per month

- Proactively engage customers with warmth & professionalism, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling (no hard selling)
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build strong relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and other store operations as required
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the health, wellness, or beauty industry
- A Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biomedical Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field is a plus.
- A strong interest in health and wellness, with enthusiasm to learn and grow in the industry; candidates with the right attitude and passion are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a confident, self-motivated mindset and the ability to perform well independently and within a team environment
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
