Overview

Join Johnson & Johnson’s Sales Associate Program to gain hands-on experience in medical device sales and marketing within a leading healthcare innovator.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product Managers on Marketing Excellence, activity planning, and business analysis.
  • Participate in fieldwork alongside Product Specialists to understand sales processes, customer engagement, and business needs.
  • Provide case support to healthcare professionals, emphasizing service excellence and clinical support.
  • Assist in delivering continuous medical education (CME) to customers.
  • Collaborate across functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business units.
  • Build commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Spend 6 months in Sales and 6 months in Marketing under DePuy Synthes for real-world exposure.
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates preferably from Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum Second Upper Class Honours or CGPA 3.0 and above.
  • Graduated from a reputable and accredited university.
  • Willingness and flexibility to be based outside Central regions is an added advantage.
