A leading insurance provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for Major Claims processing. In this role, you'll assess Life claims while ensuring departmental targets are met. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a degree in biomedical sciences, and preferably two years' experience in Life/Major claims. This position emphasizes service excellence and the identification of potential fraud while assessing cases.

Qualifications

• 2 years in Life/Major claims is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of medical terms/medical related studies is an added advantage.
• Ability to consume medical information from reports.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess Major (Death, CI, TPD, Waiver claim) end-to-end.
• Identify and flag potential suspected fraud/non-disclosure.
• Liaise with intermediaries in the work process.
