Responsibilities

• Assess and pay the outpatient and inpatient hospitalization claims for Group policy holders.
• Review and pay cases that exceed authority limit.
• Meet quality target, turnaround time, and productivity benchmark.
• Ensure all special account policy is resolved within the agreed timeline.
• Respond to communications from the 24/7 contact centre timely.
• Assist team members and handle general administration tasks.
