Job summary
A leading communications service provider in Malaysia is seeking retail sales talents for their team. Candidates will present and sell products to clients, handle transactions, and manage inquiries. Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree is required along with basic communication skills. The role involves working five days a week with rotational off days and offers a basic salary, shift allowance, and unlimited commission. Our client is a leading communications service provider in Malaysia that offers mobile and broadband plans and the latest smartphones. They are looking for amazing talents to join their Retail Sales Team. We are having an open day interview & the details of walk-in interview as below .
Job Descriptions
Proactively present and sell products and services to walk-in clients, handle payment, attend to service enquiries and complaints
Handle Bill Payments, POS system, and emails
Responsible for monetary transactions and company stocks (e.g. Phone, SIM Card, Accessories, Cash, etc.)
Involve outdoor sales / roving near stores
To assume any other assignments from the Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum education level SPM/Diploma/Degree
Must have basic communication skills
Possess own transport to move around
Relevant experience will be an added advantage
Working days: 5 days a week (Monday-Sun) 2 days rotational off
Prefer sales or customer service candidates, but fresh graduates with passion in sales are welcome to APPLY!

Locations of Interview available: Menara Maxis KL OR Sunway Pinnacle, Subang Jaya
Dates of interview: 16th (Tue), 17th (Wed), and 18th (Thu) of December 2025
Time Slots: 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Basic Salary
Shift Allowance for those working in Malls

Training will be provided upon onboarding
Hands on guidance by Managers
No hard target will be given first 3 months as you are new & learning
