Qualifications

Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Working hours: 5 days/week, 9 hours ONLY/day

Job Requirements:

Possess at least a high school certificate (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree, etc)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (Cantonse will be added value!)

Preferably someone with at least 1 year of Customer Service experience in BPO/Call Center industry.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply !

Able to work on rotational shifts, if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned products.

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and patience.

Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer complaints and elevate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner
