Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the Mechanical section to ensure all installation, overhaul, maintenance, and repair activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with the company’s operational objective.

Lead, train, guide and coordinate the department to achieve high performance and reliability.

Ensure all preventive maintenance activities for rotating and static equipment are performed safely and effectively.

Monitor and enforce compliance with safe work systems and maintenance schedules to maintain a safe, accident-free work environment.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for internal and external audits, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Candidate with Diploma and relevant working experiences also encouraged to apply.

Preferably 2-3 years of working experience as Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance works (rotating and static)

Knowledge in AutoCad and CMMS will be added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
