In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions at our Puchong, Selangor location. - Managing the complete accounts cycle, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Maintaining detailed and accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow statements
- Overseeing the administrative functions of the office, including managing office supplies, facilities, and IT systems
- Providing general administrative support to the management team as needed
- Mentoring and supervising the accounting and administrative staff
- Experience with payroll systems and SQL systems
- Communication skill with other parties
- Qualified accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting and administrative management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational management
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
