Sanden Intercool (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Account & Admin Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions at our Puchong, Selangor location. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our company.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing the complete accounts cycle, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow statements
  • Overseeing the administrative functions of the office, including managing office supplies, facilities, and IT systems
  • Providing general administrative support to the management team as needed
  • Mentoring and supervising the accounting and administrative staff
  • Experience with payroll systems and SQL systems
  • Communication skill with other parties
What we're looking for
  • Qualified accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting and administrative management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
