The objective is to assist the Operations and Supply chain managers in various activities:
This will includes:
• Energy management:
o Based on energy consumption measurement, to develop a tool to predict future energy consumption in planning management software
• EHS - Risk analysis:
o To support and coordinate annual risk analysis review (ergonomic, environmental and chemical), in relation with EHS team and ambassadors
o to identify and mitigate potential hazards jointly with HSE Officer.
o To follow and deploy action plan
• Productivity management
o To support operations performance in various queries, like OEE, OLE
o To develop and deploy new queries
• To handle various improvement project for the site and operations
o Coordinate with engineering company
• Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, general planned inspection, low carbon initiative, etc.
• Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Engineer in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in industrial process.
• Skill in Pbi and data management (visual basic,..)
• Excellent communication, team player and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
