To enhance our successful OperationsTeam in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate

• Work for project management, tools installation and qualification to meet the milestone set
• Coordinate the Lithography process activities with other departments related to machine or material suppliers
• Develop qualification plans, design of experiment (DOE), Design Process and Device/product FMEA and evaluation/ qualification procedures
• Ensure proper pass down information in accordance to the company standards and templates
• Responsible on improving and maintaining the yield in accordance to the plant yield roadmap, able to sustain target yield and output capacity thorough comprehensive continuous improvement and projects
• Focus on executing of process root cause and recovery during releasing of machine, validate the completion of supplier modification/engineering fixing and overview the process to be more healthiness
• Involve in Training Execution to bring up whole Production Team with adequate process controls and recovery plans

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or Material Science fields or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years experience in Lithography Exposure of FCBGA (Flip Chip) substrate industry or Photolithography Semiconductor Industry
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools
• Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills
• Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, becoming role models as pioneer start up team
• Able to lead teams of Engineers, Technicians to meet strict installation and qualification milestone
