The Production Engineer is responsible for facilitating improvement projects and Kaizen (Rapid Continuous Improvement) events to eliminate waste and increase efficiencies in manufacturing processes, including yield and cycle time improvements. The role requires skills to analyze complex operations, support the plant's strategic plan, provide project management, and employee training and development.
