A premier seafood restaurant in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the AR processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support audits. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, and have strong analytical skills. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with F&B POS systems and AR processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
- Monitor the F&B POS system to ensure accuracy in sales reporting and AR data.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updating of AR reports.
- Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Support audits and compliance by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
