Job Title: Junior Accountant

Expected Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. - Accurately record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Conduct account reconciliations and assist with audit preparations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting principles.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Required:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
