We are seeking a talented and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru District, Johor.

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on a variety of air filtration equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions

Conduct routine inspections and check-ups to ensure optimal performance of our products

Maintain detailed records of all service activities and provide comprehensive reports

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role

Strong knowledge of compressed air systems and related mechanical and electrical components

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics

Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments

Applicants must have at least driving license class B2 D or GDL
