Job description

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems (split units, VRF, chiller systems, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for HVAC and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, capacitors, and circuit breakers.
• Test and measure electrical parameters (voltage, current, resistance) using multimeters and other instruments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes during all tasks.
• Assist in installing wiring, cabling, and control systems for new projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, service reports, and spare parts used.
• Advise clients on system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance schedules.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with project supervisors and other team members for smooth project execution.
