Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience in RPA development or a keen interest in learning. Skills

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA bots using RPA tools
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand client processes and translate them into efficient automation workflows
- Create reusable components, templates, and automation assets
- Maintain and troubleshoot automation bots to ensure reliability and performance
- Integrate RPA bots with APIs, databases, or legacy systems
- Document technical flows, exception handling, and best practices
- Continuously improve bot logic based on user feedback and operational insights
- Support internal proof of concepts and client onboarding sessions as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in RPA development
- We also welcome developers that don’t have experience with RPA development but eager to learn
- Basic understanding of workflow design, data manipulation, and exception handling
- Experience with Excel automation, email parsing, or web scraping
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong debugging skills
- Effective communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders
- Added advantage: experience with AI integration, OCR/IDP tools, or API-based automations
