A leading consumer goods company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive in Supply Integrated Planning to ensure end-to-end supply chain efficiency and optimize inventory costs. The role involves collaboration with various departments to develop effective production and material plans, leveraging advanced SAP tools and analytics for decision-making. Summarize / Overview of the objective of the role :-
Ensuring end-to-end supply chain efficiency by developing and executing effective supply, production, and materials plans.
Responsible for balancing product availability with cost and inventory optimization to meet business and customer requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and external suppliers/co-packers to deliver feasible and efficient production and materials plans while proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
Leveraging SAP planning tools, analytics, and reporting capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making. Continuous improvement and integration of Supply Integrated Planning processes—particularly in alignment with the ongoing S/4HANA implementation and the establishment of clean, reliable master data.
Develop, maintain, and align production and materials schedules with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring synchronized planning across functions.
Intervene and resolve supply chain constraints, mitigate risk to ensure product availability to customers.
Own long-term capacity planning and perform scenario (“what-if”) analysis to support decision-making and business continuity.
Own, Create, maintain, and audit master data for planning groups. Ensure accuracy to enable effective planning through SAP and related systems.
Deliver Service, Inventory and Cost targets with Root Cause Analysis/action planning and Inventory Action Plan, and Non-Performing inventory Management.
Leverage system capability, drive work Process improvement and loss elimination, support Business contingency plan.
