Job summary
A property development firm in Malacca is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand visibility and customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in the property industry, with at least 3 years in management. Responsibilities include conducting market research, leading marketing strategies, and liaising with financial institutions. We are representing our well-known client in the property development industry, specializing in real estate projects, in their search for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their growing team as a Marketing Manager. We are seeking a candidate with a strong strategic mindset and proven leadership skills, who is passionate about property marketing and experienced in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and project awareness.
- Conduct comprehensive competitors study for all projects before official launch and give briefing and presentation on the finding to the management.
- Conduct market research and compiling database on property sector, demographic, economic & other related property news.
- Conduct feasibility studies and competitors analysis prior to sales launch.
- Formulation and conducting pricing strategies.
- Planning & implementation of marketing strategy, program and activities prior to official launch.
- Planning and execution of advertising & promotional campaign.
- Liaise with panel bankers on the end-financing packages.
- Dealing with Ministry of Housing (KPKT) and the application of Developer License and Advertising Permit.
- Spearhead all the corporate branding exercise.
- Plan on the marketing budgets and propose to management.
- Possess at least a bachelors degree or higher in Marketing or relevant field.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- At least 6 years of working experience in property industry with minimum 3 years managerial experience is required for this position.
