Job summary

A digital marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate to oversee Search Marketing strategies involving SEO and PPC. The ideal applicant should have a degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential. This role will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project completion and foster staff development.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Understanding customer business needs, objectives and expectations; translating them into achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and continuously suggesting optimisations to improve performance.
  2. Oversee and ensure successful completion of customer on-boarding.
  3. Develop and manage effective Total Search Marketing (SEO & PPC) strategies, tactics and mechanics.
  4. Ensure all projects are completed within scope and on-time as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  5. Develop and manage policies & procedures such as operational processes and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  6. Develop and manage reports such as Work-In-Progress (WIP) and project performances.
  7. Develop and manage Search Marketing (SEO & PPC) advertising budgets.
  8. Develop and manage staff development programmes such as training, performance evaluations and appraisals.
  9. Work closely with internal and external teams to align with other marketing initiatives to ensure all projects are completed successfully.
  10. Keep up to date with latest trends, best practices and industry standards in Search Marketing (SEO & PPC).
Skills, Experiences And Competencies
  1. Candidates must possess at least Advance Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Management, eCommerce, Mass Communications Marketing or equivalent
  2. Preferable with 3 years of related working experience in Search Marketing.
  3. Exceptional knowledge of Search Marketing Ecosystem (SEO and PPC).
  4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  5. Confident to share constructive ideas in a creative, intelligent and structured manner.
  6. Strong project management skills.Able to manage multiple campaigns / projects simultaneously.
  7. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  8. Proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
