The GrabMart Marketing team is responsible for all marketing activities related to GrabMart and Special Projects. We aim to improve growth for the business and are looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact.

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into execution planning. You will design Mart marketing campaigns, offline activities, branding, and sponsorships, then monitor their effectiveness. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure strong Grab presence nationwide and conduct competitor analysis. Reporting to the Manager, you will work onsite at our Jakarta Head Office.

• Manage the development of marketing strategies to grow the GrabMart consumer base and foster good relationships with Grab partners.
• Understand business objectives and collaborate with supporting functions (creative, PR, media buying, social media) to deliver campaign content.
• Manage campaign calendar with Marketing Partnership and Operational Business teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and communications are sent out promptly.
• Provide insights for campaign and content optimization.
• Create weekly performance reports, evaluate campaigns, outline next steps, and report to the Marketing lead.

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing/Communications or a related field.
• Ability to deliver insights and presentations effectively.
• Experience engaging with prospects and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other relevant tools for implementation and tracking.
• Experience in project coordination.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
