A RENOWNED INTERIOR DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A

SENIOR ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:

• Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the team of Architects and Drafters fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture while encouraging professional growth
• Strategic Planning and Client Interaction: Attend client meetings to understand design needs, preferences, and project requirements. Gather client requirements and space availability information. Create initial design sketches, concepts, and plans aligning with the client's vision
• Project Timeline and Resource Management: Establish project timelines for architectural projects. Ensure adherence to project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. Source materials and products necessary for architectural designs. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement
• Design Development and Presentation: Generate detailed architectural drawings and plans, including 3D renderings. Create visual representations to aid in the conceptualization and presentation of architectural designs. Prepare architectural drawings for construction documentation
• Construction Documentation and Coordination: Prepare comprehensive construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material selections. Ensure accuracy and completeness of construction-related documents. Review submissions and address design-related queries during the construction phase. Implement third-party drawings from specialists into architectural plans. Coordinate with Architects, and Drafters for seamless integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• Advanced Level of English both Spoken and Written
• 5+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, demonstrating successful project delivery
• Proven leadership experience in managing architectural teams
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team leadership
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and execute architectural visions
